Our Guarantee

Every Old World Healing product carries a 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If a product is not working for you, email us within 90 days of your order and we refund it in full.

How to Request a Refund

Email cs@OldWorldHealing.com or call +1 (302) 291-4636. Include your order number and the reason for the request.

What Is Covered

The full purchase price, on both one-time and subscription orders. Opened and unopened products are both eligible. No questions asked within the 90-day period, and no need to send the bottle or tub back.

Refund Method and Timing

Refunds go to the original payment method. Once approved, allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

Subscription Orders

You can pause, skip or cancel your subscription at any time before the next ship date, with no fee. Subscription orders carry the same 90-day guarantee.
