Data Deletion Instructions

OldWorldHealing LLC ("Old World Healing", "Old World Relief") maintains a data deletion process that respects your privacy rights. This page explains how to request deletion of personal data we hold, including information from Facebook/Meta advertising and pixel tracking.

How to Request Deletion

Email cs@OldWorldHealing.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
Include the email address, phone number, and/or order number associated with your data.
Mention Facebook-related data if applicable, so advertising events can be removed.
You receive confirmation within 3 business days, and deletion completes within 30 days.

What Gets Deleted

Your name, email address, phone number, and shipping/billing addresses, along with marketing subscriptions, quiz data, analytics, and support tickets associated with your identifiers across Meta, Google, and Taboola platforms.

What Gets Retained

Transaction and tax records required by financial regulations (typically seven years), and records needed for dispute resolution, fraud prevention, or agreement enforcement.
